"Support was just okay"
Customer support was just okay for me. They were polite and did answer my question, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. I had to follow up once, which was a little annoying. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t great either.

"Felt really close to the actual exam"
I was surprised by how much the practice questions lined up with what I saw on my real exam. It helped me stop wasting time on random topics and focus on the stuff that actually mattered. I also reached out to support once, and they basically said, “stick to the main question patterns and review the explanations,” which ended up being solid advice.

"Helpful questions, but the explanations could go a little deeper"
BoardVitals has been decent overall. The questions are useful and definitely helped me study, but some of the answer explanations felt a bit too brief. I found myself wishing they explained why the other options were wrong too, since that’s usually where I learn the most... It’s still a helpful resource, just could be clearer in a few spots.

"Kinda made studying way easier"
This helped me study so much faster. It saved me hours and kinda kept me focused when I would’ve normally gotten distracted.

"Pretty solid questions overall"
I thought the BoardVitals questions were actually close to the style of the real exam. Some felt tougher than I expected, and part of me wondered if they made them that way on purpose to scare you into studying more, but it ended up helping. The explanations were clear enough, and I liked that the topics were mixed around instead of feeling too predictable.

"Decent on my phone, but honestly a little annoying sometimes"
I used boardvitals mostly on my phone, and at first I was like, okay, this is fine. The questions loaded, the explanations were actually helpful, and I could get through practice sessions when I had a few minutes. Then out of nowhere I’d get annoyed because a page would feel slow or something wouldn’t fit the screen right, and it kind of broke my focus.
So yeah, it worked when I needed it to, but the mobile experience could definitely be cleaned up. It’s not terrible at all, but it’s also not something I’d rave about. I’d still use it, just probably on a laptop if I had the option

"Mostly fine, I guess"
It was accurate enough most of the time, though a few answers definitely felt a little off. But hey, I guess close enough is the standard now.

"Helped me see where I was slipping"
I actually found BoardVitals helpful for keeping track of my progress. After each quiz, it would point out the areas I was weaker in, and I started assuming there was a pattern in the questions I kept missing. That made studying feel a lot less random. The performance tracking was easy to understand, so I had a better idea of what to focus on next instead of just guessing.
